First of all, we sincerely acknowledge that the release of SOS D9 equipment in the Level 80 version was a critical misstep in our product management process.

This incident occurred due to inadequate understanding of the equipment release principles in Silkroad Origin Mobile by two staff members in charge of the event. We have taken strict disciplinary action against these violations, resulting in the dismissal of the two individuals involved. We are committed to ensuring that similar incidents will never occur again in the future.

The appearance of D9 equipment in the Level 80 version has caused significant challenges in maintaining the balance within the game. After thorough discussions, we considered two options:
- Release D9 A1 equipment to balance out the system.
- Completely removal of D9 equipment from the Level 80 version and only allowing it to appear in the Level 90 version.

After careful evaluation and testing, we have concluded that the optimal solution to maintain the system balance and transparency in the product roadmap is to completely remove SOS D9 equipment from the level 80 version.

Therefore, we have decided to strictly adhere to the original rules of Silkroad and will not introduce D9 - A1 equipment in the level 80 version. All existing SOS D9 equipment will be recalled. We will either refund Silk or exchange it for SUN D8 equipment for those who have obtained it, in a fair manner. Please note that the recall process will take time to handle each specific case. We will provide further details regarding the specific recall fees for each type of SOS D9 equipment and weapon. Therefore, we advise SOS D9 equipment owners to temporarily refrain from selling or enhancing their items until the process is complete.

We believe that this measure will help make the game more balanced and transparent in the equipment release roadmap. We hope for your understanding and continued support of this decision.
