The current troubles with SOS D9 have had an influence on your experience conquering the Legendary Silk Road. With the goal of constantly taking in the community's worries and requests, Silkroad Origin Mobile development team has continuously strived to find the most satisfactory solution.

After a long period of consideration and careful review, with the aim of compensating as much as possible for the issues that Travelers have encountered, we are pleased to officially announce the compensation plan for SOS D9 as follows:

 Compensation processing time: From October 17 to October 22

 Compensation details: Choose 1 option from the 3 following options:
1. Option 1: If you choose to exchange SOS D9 for SUN D8 & receive Upgrade Item Lv.8
◾️ Compensate with 1 SUN D8 equipment of the same type, the same alchemy level, and the same % rates for basic attributes and magic attributes compared to SOS D9.
◾️ Provide a portion of Lucky Magic Power Lv.8 and Astra Lv.8, each type 20 bottles. If the alchemy level is +7 or higher, an additional 20 units will be added for each level. Specifically:
        - SOS D9 +6 or below: 20 Lucky Magic Power Lv.8 & 20 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.8
        - SOS D9 +7: 40 Lucky Magic Power Lv.8 & 40 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.8 
        - SOS D9 +8: 60 Lucky Magic Power Lv.8 & 60 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.8 
        - SOS D9 +9: 80 Lucky Magic Power Lv.8 & 80 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.8
        - Etc.

2. Option 2: If you choose to exchange SOS D9 for SUN D8 & receive Upgrade Item Lv.9
◾️ Compensate with 1 SUN D8 equipment of the same type, the same alchemy level, and the same % rates of basic attributes and magic attributes compared to SOS D9.
Support a portion of Lucky Magic Power Lv.9 and Astra Lv.9, each type 15 bottles. If the alchemy level is +7 or higher, an additional 15 bottles will be added for each level. Specifically:
        - SOS D9 +6 or below: 15 Lucky Magic Power Lv.9 & 15 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.9
        - SOS D9 +7: 30 Lucky Magic Power Lv.9 & 30 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.9
        - SOS D9 +8: 45 Lucky Magic Power Lv.9 & 45 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.9
        - SOS D9 +9: 60 Lucky Magic Power Lv.9 & 60 Magic Stone of Astral Lv.9
        - Etc.

3. Option 3: Exchange SOS D9 for Silk
◾️ Compensate with 20.000 Silk for each SOS D9 +6 or less. For SOS D9 +7 or higher, an additional 1.000 Silk will be compensated for each milestone. Specifically:
        - SOS D9 +6 or below: 20.000 Silk
        - SOS D9 +7: 21.000 Silk
        - SOS D9 +8: 22.000 Silk
        - SOS D9 +9: 23.000 Silk
        - Etc.

‼️ Note:
- After receiving the registration, the development team will compensate players within 1-2 working days.
- After October 22, any cases not submitted for support will result in the publisher automatically reclaiming SOS D9 and compensating with SUN D8 and items for players (similar to option 1).
- Fill out this form only once, so please think carefully!
