🏆TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION GUIDE – SROM CHAMPIONSHIP

Greetings, Travelers!
The Organizing Committee (OC) is pleased to announce the competition format for the SROM CHAMPIONSHIP. All teams selected to participate must carefully read the following instructions to ensure proper participation:

Match Schedule:

• Round 1/32: 21:00 (UTC +8) on March 27 & March 28
• Round 1/16: 21:00 (UTC +8) on April 04
• Quarterfinals – Semifinals – Finals: 21:00 (UTC +8) on April 11

Match pairing mechanism: 

• Round 1/32, Round 1/16, and Round 1/8: Match pairings will be determined randomly through a Lucky Wheel draw. All draw sessions will be live-streamed on the Fanpage.
• Semi-finals & Finals: Bracket placement and match pairings will be arranged based on the results of the Round 1/8.

Competition Format:

• Matches will be played with equalized Level 100 equipment on a dedicated tournament server (SROM Championship Server, Tournament area). Only players with tournament accounts provided by the OC can access this server.
• The tournament server belongs to the SEA cluster, with English as the primary language.
• Format: 3 vs 3 team battle, single elimination, until the champion is determined.
• Win condition: The team with the highest points in the match wins. In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by total damage dealt — the team with higher damage wins.

• Note the rules for selecting Races in the competition:   

  + Each team can only have a maximum of 1 member of the European race. If a team has 2 to 3 members of the European race, that team will be disqualified

Preparation Steps:

• The OC will provide each team with 3 accounts to log into the tournament server.
• After logging in, create your character using the exact name your team registered. Once in-game, equip the provided items and set up your skills for battle. Provided items include:

- Degree 10 equipment and weapons.

- EXP: Level up to 100 (use all EXP).

- SP: 5,000,000 (for skill upgrades).

- HP, MP, PILL (for use in combat).

- Gold: 100,000,000 (for purchasing additional items if needed).

• Notes:

- Create the exact registered character name so we can verify and supervise easily.

- No additional items (especially Gold) will be provided. For practice purposes, create a different character from your official tournament character.

- Detailed preparation steps:

🔹 Step 1: Log into the provided account and select the Tournament cluster.

🔹 Step 2: Log into the tournament server.

🔹 Step 3: Create your character (use the exact registered name).

🔹 Step 4: Equip your character with the provided items.

How to Enter the Waiting Room:

• At the scheduled match time, players must join the pre-set match room hosted by the Game Master (GM):

🔹 Step 1: In the Battlefield menu, select Practice Match.

🔹 Step 2: Find the GM’s match room and click Join to enter.

🔹 Step 3: In the waiting room, listen for the GM’s instructions. When the GM announces your match, click Join to enter the battle.

🔹 Step 4: Choose one of the two teams to join.

🔹 Step 5: Once both teams are ready, the GM will start the match.

Match Rules:

• When a character dies, they must wait 15 seconds before respawning at the respawn point.
• No quick respawn is allowed by any means, including resurrection skills.
• Upon respawn, the character will have 5 seconds of invincibility.
• At the end of the match, the team with the higher score wins.
• Note:
• There is no limit to the equipment you can have on you. However, the following buff items cannot be used in competition:

   + VIP Strength increase Scroll

   + VIP Intellect increase Scroll

   + VIP Strength and Intellect Increase Scroll

   + Water medicine increases 2000 HP

   + Water medicine increases 2000 MP

   + 20% damage increase scroll

   + 20% damage absorption scroll

   + 20% damage increase/absorption scroll

• Important Notice: In this season, players are not allowed to use 100% Movement Speed Scrolls or 50% Movement Speed Scrolls.
• If a team leaves the match room during the game, they will be considered defeated.
