Cross-Server Arena Adjustments In Version 2.1.13

We've noticed many players engaging in disruptive behavior, leaving matches and causing trouble for other players in cross-server arenas. This behavior needs to be addressed, and penalties are necessary.

1. Matchmaking Point Mechanism

- When a match is successfully made, a deposit point deduction will be applied immediately. Depending on when a player disconnects during the connection phase, the deposit may or may not be refunded.

  • Case 1: After the 30-second waiting period, players who remain in the waiting room will have the match counted as a draw and their deposit points refunded. Players who did not enter the room will not be refunded and will receive the corresponding penalties.
  • Case 2: If a player leaves before the 30-second waiting period ends, they will not receive a deposit refund.

- Once the match officially starts:

  • Win: deposit is refunded + win points
  • Loss: deposit is lost

2. Penalties Applied

- Leaving after a successful match connection, causing the character to remain in the waiting room until the connection timer expires, will result in a penalty. Repeated offenses increase the severity of the penalty.

- The penalty will prevent the violator from queuing for the next match for X minutes, based on the number of offenses committed that day, up to a maximum of 80 minutes.

Number of repeat offenders Penalty time (minutes)
1 5
2 10
3 20
4 40
5 80
6+ 80

Penalties will reset to the initial state (offense count = 0) when the server enters a new day.
